Using Clinical Note Options

To use the clinical note options:

1. On the Restorative, Perio, Exams, or Treatment Planning tab in the Chart for window, click the Clinical History tab of the Clinical Detail Tab Container.

2. Select the clinical note, right-click, and select an option:

3. To display the clinical note:Select View.

4. To add a new clinical note:Select Add. The Clinical_note window is displayed. Type the clinical note, and click OK.

5. To edit a clinical note:Select Amend. The details of the note are displayed in the Clinical_note window. Make the changes, and click OK.

6. To delete a clinical note:Select Delete. A message asks you to confirm the deletion. Click Yes.

7. To view the transaction to which the note is attached:Select View Attached Transaction.
