The Transmission Summary report lists—by provider—all claims successfully transmitted, detailing the last name, first name, patient ID, and claim number. The total for each provider is listed, as well as the total for the entire transmission for all providers.
To receive this report, you must have loaded, validated, and transmitted your claim file to the eServices clearinghouse.
The Transmission Log report lists all the claims transmitted to the eServices clearinghouse for the previous transmission a day or two ago. This report should match the Transmission Summary from a day or two ago when the last transmission occurred. The report lists the patient's name, patient ID, claim number, and total charge of each claim.
To receive this report, you must have loaded, validated, and transmitted your claims to the eServices clearinghouse.
You will receive this report upon the next transmission. It lists the claims sent during the previous session.
This report lists all statements successfully transmitted to the eServices clearinghouse. The patient name, SoftDent account number, amount due, and the minimum payment on the statement are included in the report.
To receive this report, you must have created statements in SoftDent first and selected the Electronic option from the statement preview window and printed the listing of statement names. Once the file is created and placed in eServices, you transmit the statement file to the eServices clearinghouse.
This report is a confirmation returned by the clearinghouse that statements sent on the listed date have been printed and mailed. The office’s eServices account number is printed on the report, along with the patient name and amount due of the statement.

This report is delayed by one to two business days, depending on the time of day transmitted. It lists the statements sent during the previous session.
