Using the SoftDent Charting Module

Accessing the Charting Module

To access the charting module, select an option:

• In the Patient List window:Select a patient and click Chart; or select Clinical Management > Chart or Chart from the Options section of the Express bar or Options menu.

• In the Patient window:Click Chart; or select Clinical Management > Chart or Chart from the Options section of the Express bar or Options menu.

• In the Daily Appointments window:Select a patient appointment and select Patient’s Chart from the Options section of the Express bar or Options menu.

• In the Book At A Glance window:Select a patient appointment and select Patient’s Chart from the Options section of the Express bar or Options menu.
