Running the Reports Audit Trail By User Report

The Reports Audit Trail by User report tracks the reports run from SoftDent. The report includes the date and time a report was printed, the user who printed the report, and the output option used for the report.

Sample Report

To generate a list of reports by the user who generated each report:

1. Select Reports > Audit Trail > Reports Audit Trail > By User. The Output Options window is displayed.

2. Select the output option and click OK. The Reports Audit Trail By User window is displayed.

3. Type the starting and ending users in the appropriate fields.

4. Click OK.
