If you are scheduling an appointment in the Daily Appointments or Book At A Glance windows, a warning message is displayed if one of the following scheduling conflicts occurs:
The appointment conflicts with the provider's schedule.
The appointment exceeds the pre-defined number of Medicaid/capitation/PPO patient appointments.
The appointment exceeds available time slots.
The appointment does not meet the specified color requirements for the time slots. This message is displayed only when color scheduling is enabled.
These messages:
Do not prevent you from scheduling the appointment
Only inform you of the circumstance.
To override the warning and schedule the patient, click Yes in the message window.
