Using Electronic Services

Electronic services (eServices) is an optional module. In conjunction with third-party providers, the software enables you to use the Internet to transmit statements and claims, receive reports, process credit cards, and check on patient insurance eligibility and benefit information.

To access eServices, click Insurance > Electronic Services. The Electronic Services window is displayed.
