Charting the Patient > Treatment Planning > Using Other Features on the TxPlan Window
To the right of the Description of plan field is an area for yellow sticky notes. If there are any attached to a patient record, they are bright yellow and a count is displayed. If there are none, there will only be a faded image, indicating where you may attach one.
You can select an option to automatically display yellow stickies when viewing treatment plans. If you select this attribute, the yellow sticky appears as soon as you select Tx plan from the patient's clipboard.
You can also select an option to print yellow stickies on treatment proposals. If you select this attribute, the yellow sticky prints in a Patient note box at the end of the printed treatment proposal.
The section of the Make New/Edit Existing Appointment window showing the procedures to be performed mirrors the procedures in the patient's treatment plan. The Visit # column determines in which appointment a procedure occurs. If you change the procedures on an appointment, you might be changing the patient's treatment plan, and vice versa.
