Using the CareCredit Online Application

Use the CareCredit window to launch the CareCredit website's online application form. When you access CareCredit from a patient's Clipboard, Ledger, or Appointment, the patient's information is imported automatically into the application form.

To complete the CareCredit application form:

  1. From the CareCredit window, click Online Application. Your internet browser is launched to the CareCredit website, and you are prompted to validate the patient's identity.

  2. Click Yes. The application form is displayed with the patient's name, contact information, and SSN filled in.

  3. Follow the instructions on the form to complete the application, and click Submit.
