Troubleshooting Time Card Manager
The following error messages can occur when clocking in or out:

Invalid Clock Out TimeIf you receive this message, the clock out time you entered is either after the current time or before the clock in time.

Invalid Entry FormatIf you receive this message, check to see if you forgot to enter the colon (:) between the hour and minute, or if you entered the a.m. or p.m. format incorrectly. The correct format is H:MMa or H:MMp.

Previous Clock-Out MissingIf you receive this message while clocking in, clock out for the previous day and try again.
