Removing an AutoLink

When you install the DataTrac Exchange Pack, an AutoLink is installed on the Print Truth In Lending Agreement System Event for each of the two versions of the Truth In Lending documents. Since you want only one of these documents to print, delete the AutoLink for the one you do not want to print.

To remove the AutoLink:

From the Experts menu, select Automation Expert > Events > System Events. The System Events window is displayed.
Next to the Contract event type, select Print a Truth In Lending Agreement and click Define AutoLinks. The Current AutoLinks window is displayed for this event.
In the list of current AutoLinks, select the document you are NOT going to use, and then click Remove. Respond to the prompt message, and click OK. The System Events window is displayed.

Do not delete the AutoLink for Display Msg: Ortho Contract Schedule Needed.

Next to the Appt book event type, select Check out appointment, and click Define Autolinks. The Current AutoLinks window is displayed for this event.
Highlight the School excuse document you are NOT going to use, and then click Remove. Respond to the prompt message, and click OK. You are returned to the System Events window.
Click Close.
