Managing Your Practice > Using the Office Expert
After viewing the items and their descriptions in the Office Expert, you must decide what to do:
Highlight the item for which you want to take the Office Expert’s suggestion. Click Take Action. The suggestion is implemented automatically in the system.
Print a report, or hard copy, of the information detailed in the Office Expert. The report captures only those items that are outstanding at the moment the Office Expert runs. You can do this more than once daily if you want to get an up-to-date listing of items that require attention. To print the current Office Expert results, click Print report.
