Resolving Block Booking Conflicts

Block booking conflicts occur when a staff member tries to schedule a new block over one that already exists.

The Block Booking Conflicts window includes the following options:

• Keep New Overwrites a single instance of an existing block with new block information.

• Keep All New Overwrites all block conflicts with the new block information.

• Keep Current Retains a single instance of a current block.

• Keep All Current Retains all current blocking information.
