To add a calendar day:
In the Schedule Maintenance window, click Add Days. The Add Calendar Days window is displayed.
Click the window to display the calendar.
From the drop-down lists, select an office, standard, and doctor. Only one location/standard/doctor can be assigned at a time.
To select the days to which you want the standard to apply:
Click a calendar day to select it. The day is highlighted in blue.
Click the day of the week at the top of the month to select multiple days; for example, to select every Wednesday in a specific month, click We at the top of the month.
Click a button on the Quick Click Bar at the bottom of the window to select a specific day for all months displayed in the Add Calendar Days window; for example, to select all Fridays displayed in the window, click Fr on the Quick Click Bar.
If you make a mistake, click Clear Selected Days to deselect all of the days you have selected.
Click Assign to assign the selected standard to the highlighted days. The Days Assigned Successfully window is displayed.
Repeat the steps until all calendar days are added. Days with an assigned standard are displayed in green.
Click Cancel to close the window.
