Using Additional Modules, Products, and Services > Additional Products > T.LINK
To respond to patient online requests for demographic changes:
From the main menu, click the Televox T.LINK button or select Functions > Televox T.LINK from the menu bar. The T.LINK Web Message Viewer window is displayed.
You must subscribe to the T.LINK service. If you do not have T.LINK, you are routed to the TeleVox website.
The T.LINK Web Message Viewer window contains the following information:
The name of the account owner who logs in to the T.Link website — typically the responsible party.
Type of change requested, either (R)esponsible Party or (P)atient.
A checkmark under the Schedule Appointment icon indicates an appointment change request.
The name of the file downloaded from the website containing information to update in OrthoTrac; or a missing data error.
Use the buttons at the bottom of the window to work with the messages.
In the Account Name section, select an account message and click Review Changes, or double-click the message. The Review Changes window is displayed.
In this example, the responsible party has notified the practice that the address and phone number information has changed.
Click Apply Changes to update the selected information in OrthoTrac. A prompt is displayed, asking how you want to update the information (phone and address). Click Yes to update all related phone numbers and address information; click No to update only the phone number and address information for the person displayed in the Review Changes window.
If you click Discard Changes, the changes are removed from the window, and the patient information is not updated.
When the account message is for a patient, the Patient tab is displayed in the Review Changes window; when the account message is for a responsible party, the Responsible Party tab is displayed.
