Configuring OrthoTrac > Using System Maintenance > Adding Locations
The Location Maintenance — Stub (Tickets) tab enables you to enter information for the stub portion of appointment tickets.
To enter stub information:
Select Functions > Maintenance/Set-up > System Maintenance from the menu bar.
In the System Maintenance window, select the Locations option button.
Click Add or double-click <Add>, displayed in the panel at the right of the window.
Click the Header (Tickets/Labels) tab.
Type the appropriate information for the office or doctor in the available fields.
To change the font and size of the text on the ticket stub, click in the Name field to display the Font window.
To change the formatting of the ticket stub text, select the Centered, Bold, or Italic options.
Click OK.
