Header (Tickets/Labels)

The Header (Tickets/Labels) tab enables you to enter header information for appointment tickets or appointment labels.

To enter header information:

  1. Select Functions > Maintenance/Set-up > System Maintenance from the menu bar.

  2. In the System Maintenance window, select the Locations option button.

  3. Click Add or double-click <Add>, displayed in the panel at the right of the window.

  4. Click the Header (Tickets/Labels) tab.

  5. In the Location Maintenance window, select the Header (Tickets/Labels) tab. The Location Maintenance — Header (Tickets/Labels) Tab window is displayed.

  6. Type the appropriate information for the office or doctor in the available fields.

  7. To change the header font and size, click in the Name field to display the Font window.

  8. To change the header formatting, select the Centered, Bold, or Italic options.

  9. Click OK.
