Using the OrthoTrac Charting Module > Searching Treatment Card Histories
To search a patient’s treatment card history by procedure:
In a patient’s treatment card, select Edit > Search Tx Card History on the menu bar. The Search Tx Card window is displayed.
The Search by Procedure option is selected by default.
Select the procedure codes to search for from the Available Procedure Codes list on the left, and move the procedures to the Selected Procedure Codes list on the right, using one of the following methodsmethods.
To select all procedures, click the Double-arrow button. All procedures are moved to the Selected Procedure Codes list.
To select a single procedure, double-click the procedure to move it to the Selected Procedure Codes list on the right, or click the procedure and then click the Single-arrow button to move it to the Selected Procedure Codes list. Repeat this step to add additional procedures to the list.
Click Search. A list of the codes that match your search criteria is displayed.
To view the procedure in the patient’s treatment card history, select a procedure code and click View. The section of the patient’s treatment history containing the procedure code you selected is displayed.
