Performing Financial Functions > Using the QuickBooks Software Integration
Before setting up the QuickBooks software integration, ensure that the following conditions are met:
The QuickBooks software is installed, and the QuickBooks database is accessible from your computer, either locally or from a shared location.
You are logged into QuickBooks as an Administrator.
You have security permissions to access Maintenance > QuickBooks Export Maintenance.
You are able to post payments in OrthoTrac.
The QuickBooks integration is enabled via proper licensing.
You are running version 2007 or higher of the QuickBooks software.
