A user’s ability to set up the QuickBooks integration or export deposits or refunds is controlled by security permissions.
Setting QuickBooks Export Maintenance Permissions:
To set QuickBooks Export Maintenance permissions:
Select Maintenance/Set-up > Security. The Security window is displayed.
Select By Staff.
Select an employee from the drop-down list.
Select Maintenance from the Category list. A list of functions is displayed in the right pane.
Scroll to the bottom of the list and click in the Permission column next to the QuickBooks Export Maintenance function.
Select Yes to enable access to this function for the selected employee.
Click OK.

To set QuickBooks Export permissions:
Select Financials from the Category list. A list of functions is displayed in the right pane.
Scroll to the bottom of the list and click in the Permission column next to the QuickBooks Export function.
Repeat this procedure to set permissions for additional staff members.
