Working with Reports > Creating Schedule Reports >Printing Recall Cards
To create a recall card message:
In the Recall Cards Messages window, select Add New. The Add Recall Card Message window is displayed.
In the Message Name field, type the name for the new message.
In the Message Text field, type the text you want to print on the recall cards. To include merge fields in your text, you must type the appropriate merge fields in the body of your recall card message.
If a merge field is misspelled or entered incorrectly, it is displayed in the message as ordinary text.
Click OK.
