Posting Auto Payments to an Individual Account

To post an auto payment to an individual account:

  1. In the main menu, click Reports > Financial > Auto Payment > Post Auto Payments. The Post Auto-Payments window is displayed.

  2. Select the Post Individual Account option, and use the drop-down list to select the responsible party name. Details about the auto payments for that patient are displayed on the right side of the window.

  3. Click OK to post the payments.
