Printing Staff Member Labels

To print a mailing label or chart label for staff members:

  1. Select Functions > Maintenance/Set-up > Staff Maintenance from the menu bar.

  2. Select the name of the staff member in the OrthoTrac Staff Lookup window and click Label. The Printing Label window is displayed.

  3. Select the type of label to print by clicking the appropriate option button.

  4. Make changes to the appearance of the label, if necessary, by selecting from the drop-down lists in the Font and Size fields and clicking the Bold, Italic, and Underline buttons.

  5. Select a printer from the drop-down list in the Selected Printer field, if necessary.

  6. Click OK to print the label.
