Configuring OrthoTrac > Using System Maintenance
Use the Phone Types option to set up the phone types used in your office.
The procedure used to set up phone types is the same as that used for setting up patient statuses. Follow the steps under Patient Status but begin by selecting the Phone Types option button in the System Maintenance window.
To access the Phone Types option:
Select Functions > Maintenance/Set-up > System Maintenance from the menu bar.
In the System Maintenance window, select the Phone Types option button.
