OrthoTrac contains a utility that enables you to export the Outside Doctor list to a comma-delimited text file. You can open and edit this text file in any word processing software or in Microsoft Excel. Use this file to merge the Outside Doctor list into a mail merge document in Microsoft Word.
To use this utility:
From the Windows taskbar, select Start > Run and type rptodoc.
Click OK. A window is displayed.
Type the name of the new file in the File name field.
Browse to the folder on your computer in which you are saving the file.
Click Open. The Print window is displayed.
Click OK. A comma-delimited text file containing the Outside Doctor list is created.
