To run a stand-alone integrity check:

If there are no problems, the software displays a window stating that there are no errors. If the software detects a problem, the DaySheet Integrity Check Errors window is displayed. More...
Click Print to print the DaySheet Integrity Check Errors window.
Exit the daysheet function by selecting File > Exit. Close the software on all workstations, except one.
Run the daysheet again. Sometimes a Bad Integrity can occur while running the daysheet if another workstation is posting financial transactions. If the Bad Integrity still exists for the same amount as earlier reported, click OK to return to the Daysheet window. If it is for a different amount, print the DaySheet Integrity Check Errors window again.
From the Daysheet window, print only the Transaction Detail report and review it for any corresponding amounts reported by the integrity check.
With your modem on and the modem communications software waiting, contact your software support provider with the following information.
Occasionally, the problem cannot be located quickly, and your software support technician will instruct you to override the Bad Integrity.
To override a Bad Integrity:
Open the daysheet and select Reports/Close Daysheet.
Select Print! from the menu bar at the top of the window. When the Daysheet Integrity Check Errors window is displayed, click Override. The Daysheet Override window is displayed.
Type in the override code that your software support technician gives you and click OK. The Print dialog box is displayed.
Print the Bad Integrity page. The Daysheet print box is displayed.
Print the closed daysheet with the control number.
If you kept the Trial Balance Daysheet from earlier, discard it and replace it with the daysheet which has the control number in the header. Make a note on the daysheet that a Bad Integrity occurred and was overridden; also save the Bad Integrity printout with the daysheet. You can begin posting on a clean daysheet.
Be aware that the Bad Integrity still exists and will recur on subsequent daysheets until it has been corrected. It is important to note when the Bad Integrity recurs if it is for the same amount and category.
