Practices using TransFirst for payment processing can verify payments posted online. You can download the payment batch file and post the payments automatically to OrthoTrac. For additional information, see Processing Online Payments.
You must have an account with TransFirst to enable this functionality.
To configure OrthoTrac for TransFirst payment processing:
Select Functions > Maintenance/Set-up > eServices Setup from the menu bar. The eServices Setup window is displayed.
Select Online Payment Service and click Configure. The E-Commerce Settings window is displayed.
Type the user ID, password, and server name needed to connect to the TransFirst FTP site.
Click Save. The eServices Setup window is displayed.
Click Close. The System Update window is displayed, notifying you that you must exit the OrthoTrac menu on all workstations before your changes will take effect.
