Configuring OrthoTrac > Setting Up Statement Options
To access the Body tab:
Select Functions > Maintenance/Set-up > Statement Options from the menu bar.
In the Statement Options window, click the Body tab.
On the Body tab, select from the following options:
Include Enclosing BoxInclude Enclosing Box
Select this option to print a box around the statement detail.
If you use statement forms, do not select this option.
Include Perforation Line (regular stub only)Include Perforation Line (regular stub only)
Select this option to print a perforated line indicating the place where the statement should be detached and returned.
If you use statement forms, do not select this option.
Include Estimated Insurance AmountsInclude Estimated Insurance Amounts
Select this option to include insurance balances on the statement.
Include Contract DataInclude Contract Data
Select this option to print contract information, including Original Amount, Remaining Balance, and Next Payment Date and Amount, for each patient who has a contract.
Include Ledger DataInclude Ledger Data
Select this option to print ledger entries for each patient since the last time a statement was generated for the account. When generating statements, you can select to include all ledger detail since the last statement or a specific date.
If Include Ledger Data is not selected, no ledger activity is printed. If this option is selected, the following options become available and enable you to specify the information that is included in the ledger section of the statement:
Include Patient Last Name in Ledger Detail
Include Patient/Insurance amounts in Ledger Detail
Include Procedure codes in Ledger Detail
Include Tooth/Surface in Ledger Detail
Include Treatment Doctor in Ledger Detail
