Accessing Smart Call Reports

The call summary report displays the following information:

You can specify the date range and location to view on the call summary report.

To access the call summary report:

  1. Click Reports > Miscellaneous > Smart Call Summary Report. The Call Summary Report window is displayed.

  2. In the Print call history fields, type the date range you want to view.

  3. Select one of the following options:

  1. Click OK to generate the call summary report.
