If you acquire a visit into the wrong patient record, export the visit to a directory, and then import the visit into the correct patient record.
To export a visit:
Right-click on the visit you want to export in the Table of Contents and select Export. The Select Folder window is displayed.
If you are transferring a patient record, right-click on the patient’s name to export the entire image chart.
Locate the folder to which you are saving the exported visit.
Click Select. The visit is exported to the specified folder.
After you export the visit from the patient’s chart, the visit still exists in the Table of Contents.
