Saving Images

To save an image:

  1. Select an image and do one of the following:

  2. On the Image title bar, click if in the Image Viewing Workspace or click if in Darkroom mode.

  3. Right-click the image and select Save.

  4. Press Ctrl+S.

The Save Image window is displayed with a preview of the image.

  1. Enter information in the following fields:

  2. Comments—Enter comments, if needed.

  3. Teeth—In the Dental Arch, select one or more teeth as represented in the image. The image’s tooth number is represented on the arcade as a blue tooth. The actual tooth numbers are displayed below the arcade.

  4. Click to change the display to Deciduous (child) dentition.

  5. Click to change the display to Permanent (adult) dentition.

  6. Bitewing Selection (intraoral images only)—Select to define the image as a bitewing. The following location options are activated:

  7. Not a bitewing—Not a bitewing image

  8. LM—Left molar

  9. RM—Right molar

  10. RMP—Right molar and premolar

  11. LMP—Left molar and premolar

  12. LP—Left premolar

  13. RP—Right premolar

  1. Click one of the following:

  2. In the Image Viewing Workspace, click the Save icon.

  3. In Darkroom mode, click the Save icon.
