Acquiring and Working with Images
To save an image:
Select an image and do one of the following:
On the Image
title bar, click if in the Image
Viewing Workspace or click
if in Darkroom mode.
Right-click the image and select Save.
Press Ctrl+S.
The Save Image window is displayed with a preview of the image.
Enter information in the following fields:
Comments—Enter comments, if needed.
Teeth—In the Dental Arch, select one or more teeth as represented in the image. The image’s tooth number is represented on the arcade as a blue tooth. The actual tooth numbers are displayed below the arcade.
Click
to change the display to Deciduous
(child) dentition.
Click
to change the display to Permanent
(adult) dentition.
Bitewing Selection (intraoral images only)—Select to define the image as a bitewing. The following location options are activated:
Not a bitewing—Not a bitewing image
LM—Left molar
RM—Right molar
RMP—Right molar and premolar
LMP—Left molar and premolar
LP—Left premolar
RP—Right premolar
Click one of the following:
In the Image
Viewing Workspace, click the Save
icon.
In Darkroom
mode, click the Save icon.
