You can use the Carestream Dental Institute (CDI) website to access training and information about your software.
You must have an active internet connection and a valid login and password to access the Carestream Dental Institute.
Before you can access an interactive web training course, you must register with the Carestream Dental Institute.
New customers receive their Carestream Dental Institute login information by email.
To register for a CDI account:
Click Contact Us or type https://www.carestreamdental.com/en-us/about/contact-us/ into the internet browser address field.
Select Request a CDI Account from the Purpose drop-down list.
Type the information for your office and click Submit.
To log in to the Carestream Dental Institute:
Type https://www.carestreamdental.com/cdi into the internet browser address field. The Carestream Dental Institute home page is displayed.
Click Sign In.
Type your email address in the Email Address field.
Type your password in the Password field.
Click SIGN IN. The Carestream Dental Institute home page now displays your name at the top.
If this is your first time signing into the CDI after confirming that your account was created, click Complete Registration, rather than entering your email address and password. If you do not yet have an account, see the Registering section of this topic.
