You can use the WinOMS eReminders Service to automate the process of contacting patients who are due for an appointment. The service uses the patient's preferred contact method (phone, e-mail, or text message) to remind them of the date and time.
When a patient confirms via eReminders, the confirmation is automatically updated in the Notes section of the Appointment Data Entry window.
You can associate eReminders Notes with appointment types in the Appointment Type Data Entry window.
You can also generate reports for your eReminders contacts.
