Setting Security Levels

A user’s ability to set up the QuickBooks integration or export deposits is controlled by security level permissions.

To set these permissions:

  1. Select Utilities > Security. The Set Security Level Permissions window is displayed.

  2. Under All Items, select Practice Setup and QuickBooks.

  3. Select the checkboxes for each user level allowed to set up the QuickBooks software integration, and to export deposits. Deselect checkboxes for users who should not have these permissions.

  4. Click Ok.
