QuickBooks Software Integration > Refund Check Processing
To transfer the contents of the refund check processing queue to QuickBooks:
Select Billing > Refund Check Processing. The Refund Check Processing window is displayed.
If your QuickBooks integration is set up correctly, a message is displayed stating that all refund check processing will be directly exported to the QuickBooks application. If you do not see this message, check your QuickBooks integration setup.
To specify which checks to display, select All Checks or Only Potential Duplicates.
In the Office field, use the drop-down list to select a specific office or all offices. The specified checks are displayed.
In the Process column, all checks are selected for processing by default. You can click the None button to deselect all the checks, and then select the Process checkbox next to each check you want to process. Click Select All to select all the displayed checks for processing.
To view the ledger of the person associated with a check, select the check and click Ledger.
Under Processing Options, select Print Pre-Process Report, or Process Checks and Post-Check Report and the Posting Date or Export Date to use.
Click Process. If you selected Print Pre-Process Report, the Print Pre Refund Check Register window is displayed. If you selected Process Checks and Post-Check Report, the export to QuickBooks begins.
When the export is complete, the Print Post Refund Check Register window is displayed.
