Processing Deposits

The QuickBooks integration facilitates the transfer of daily deposit information directly to QuickBooks. You can define how deposit transactions are distributed when you set up the integration.

To export the daily deposits to QuickBooks:

1. Select Billing > QuickBooks Deposit Export. The QuickBooks Deposit Export window is displayed.

2. The selection criteria displays the current date by default. Use the drop-down lists to display the deposits for a different date or date range, or to display a different office.

3. Click Export.
