The Night Calls feature displays information about calls to be made after hours and is used primarily as a reminder to contact patients requiring follow-up. Determine the information transferred to your handheld device by selecting the patients and providers to include and the date range of procedures performed. You can select all providers from your office, or you can select specific providers.
The following night call data can be transferred to your handheld device:
Patient information
Name
Age
Sex
Patient name and home and work phone numbers
Procedure Information
Provider for procedure
List of performed procedures, such as service data, code, tooth, surfaces, quadrant, and description
Prescription information, if applicable
