Patient Registration Integration

Customers who have a website hosted by PBHS, and who are using the TruForm service, can import and process pre-registered patient data directly into the WinOMS software.

Setting Up the TruForm Integration

There are three procedures for setting up WinOMS for this integration:

• Set security level permissions

• Configure patient registration preferences

• Add a link to your Practice Central window

Using the TruForm Service for Patient Registration

After you set up the TruForm Integration, you can:

• Download Patient Pre-Registration Forms

• Process Pre-Registration Data into Patient Accounts

• Configure Automatic Updates
