The Patient Treatment Plan report generates a list of patients who have treatment plans meeting the specified criteria. For example, you can see which patients have treatment plans that were presented but not yet accepted, or accepted but not yet scheduled.
The Unscheduled Treatment Plan report enables you to follow up with patients who have not scheduled appointments for planned services. This displays treatment plans that are proposed but not completed, as well as patient contact information, line items for each treatment plan, and the financial totals for the suggested services.
To generate a Treatment Plan report:
Select Reports > Patient > Treatment Plan. The Patient Treatment Plan Report window is displayed.
Select a date range, one or all service offices, and one or all providers.
Under Status, select the status types of the treatment plans you want to include.
Under Options, you can select to include only active treatment plans.
Under Group By, you can select whether to group the results by status, provider, or office.
Click Print.
To generate an Unscheduled Treatment Plan report:
Select Reports > Financial > Unscheduled Treatment Plans. The report criteria entry fields are displayed.
Select a date range, one or all service offices, and one or all providers.
Under Status, select the status types of the treatment plans you want to include.
Under Options, you can select to include line items in the report, and/or only active treatment plans.
Select Group By and Sort By options.
Click Generate Report.
