Managing Your Practice > Tracking Patients > Tracking Procedure Stages
Stage Tracking reports enable you to follow up with patients who have had certain types of consultations (such as implant consultations), or who are in a particular stage of treatment, to ensure that these treatment opportunities are not missed.
These reports can be printed for several reasons:
For marketing purposes, listing all patients still in the Implant Consultation stage between six and 18 months ago
For recall purposes, listing all patients who should have their implants uncovered next month
For planning purposes, listing all patients who are scheduled for orthognathic surgery this summer
The following types of dates would be used in the preceding examples:
Stage date
Progress date
Estimated surgery date
When printing the Stage Tracking report, you can select to include historical stage data, which means you can display only the most recent stage of a patient, or you can display a patient’s previous stages.
