Tracking Referred Patients

You can track the patients that you refer to doctors.

To create an entry for a patient referred to another doctor:

1. Select a referral.

2. In the Referral window, click . The Referred Out Activity window is displayed for the referral.

3. Click New. The Referred Out Entry window is displayed.

4. Enter the criteria for the entry.

5. Click Ok. The entry is displayed in the Referred Out Activity window.
