Tracking Recalls

By placing a patient on recall, you are able to quickly find out which patients need to come back to your office for a follow-up visit.

To enter a recall for a patient:

  1. In the Patient window, select Workspace > Recalls. The Recalls tab is displayed.

  2. Click New. The Add Recall window is displayed.

  3. In the Code field, type a recall code and click Search to select the code from a list.

  1. The Description field is automatically populated, but you can type a new description, if necessary.

  2. Click Ok. You are returned to the Recalls window.

  3. Click Exit.

Recall Reports

To print a Recall report:

  1. Select Reports > Patient > Recall. The Patient Recall Report window is displayed.

  2. In the Last Name fields, enter a last name range.

  3. Select a recall code, office, and provider for the report.

  4. Select whether you want to generate the report based on recall dates or days overdue.

  5. Enter the date range or the number of days overdue.

  6. Click Print.
