Managing Your Practice > Working with the Appointment Scheduler
When you purge appointments, you permanently delete them from your computer.
This process does not affect appointments that have not been set as cancelled, deleted, or no-show.
To purge appointments:
Select Scheduler > Purge Appts. The Purge Historical Appointments window is displayed.
In the Appointment date on or before field, enter a purge date.
All appointments on or before this date are purged from your system.
In the Purge section, select the types of appointments to purge.
Click Ok.
