Printing Referral Zip Code Analysis Reports

The Referral Zip Code Analysis report enables you to generate a report of referral sources based on zip codes.

To print the Referral Zip Code Analysis report:

1. Select Reports > Referral > Zip Code Analysis. The Report Criteria fields are displayed.

2. Select the provider, office, and category you want to include, and specify amounts and services dates.

3. In the Zip Codes section, select whether to include all zip codes, or to select specific zip codes from the list.

4. Use the Ctrl key to select multiple zip codes.

4. Select Group By and Sort By options.

5. Click Generate Report.
