Printing Appointment Status Reports

To print an Appointment Status report:

  1. Select Reports > Scheduler > Appointment Status. The Report Criteria is displayed.

  2. In the Include section, select whether you want to include Cancellations, No Shows, and Deletions on the report.

  3. Select the provider and office for which you want to print the report.

  4. If you want to display dates on which appointments were scheduled, select Appt Date, or to display dates on which the appointments were cancelled, deleted, or marked as no-shows, select Status Date.

  5. Click Generate Report.
