Working with the Appointment Scheduler
Appointment reports can be printed for a selected provider at a selected office.
Appointment reports have the following formats:
Single-column
Multi-column
Week-at-a-glance
The single-column format provides detailed information, including phone numbers and appointment notes.
To print an appointment report:
Select Scheduler > Scheduler Reports. The Scheduler Report window is displayed.
In the Report Criteria section, select the provider, office, and date information from the drop-down lists.
In the Format section, select a report format.
In the Options section, select the options to display on the report.
Keep the following in mind when selecting options:
If you select the Single Provider Single Column format and the Include Referral option,
If you select the Single Provider Multi Column format and the Include Notes option,
Click Print. The Print Scheduler Single Provider Single Office Report window is displayed.
Change your printer settings as needed.
To print the report, click Print, or to view the report first, click Preview.
