Use the Contact Expert to automate communications with patients, insurance companies, and referrals, and to create and manage contact lists.
Select Experts > Contact Expert. The Contact Expert window is displayed.
The following information is displayed for each Contact Expert list:
Date when the Expert was created
Type of Expert
Description of the contents of the Expert
Name of the person assigned to complete the task
Status of the Expert
When you open the Contact Expert, all active Contact Expert lists are displayed for the current user.
