Using the Contact Expert

Use the Contact Expert to automate communications with patients, insurance companies, and referrals, and to create and manage contact lists.

Select Experts > Contact Expert. The Contact Expert window is displayed.

The following information is displayed for each Contact Expert list:

When you open the Contact Expert, all active Contact Expert lists are displayed for the current user.

To change the display, use the following options at the top of the Contact Expert window:
