Printing Contact Notes for the Next Day

You can set up reminders for scheduling follow-up appointments, making collection calls, addressing insurance delays, and any other activity for which further action must be taken. These reminders are entered in the Ledger window and are retrieved using the Contact Notes report.

To print a Contact Notes report:

  1. Select Reports > Patient > Contact Notes. The Report Criteria fields are displayed.

  2. Select and enter all of the appropriate report criteria.

  3. Select the Type, Patient Office, and User.

  4. In the Sort By section, select the category by which you would like this criteria sorted for the report.

  5. Click Generate Report.
