Printing Bank Deposit Slips

You can print your bank deposit slips instead of transcribing checks and receipts onto regular deposit slips. Check with your bank to make sure computer-generated deposit slips are accepted. Before using this feature, verify that you have set up the office with the appropriate bank identification information.

To print a bank deposit slip:

1. Select Reports > Daily > Bank Deposit Slip. The Report Criteria fields are displayed.

2. Set the options and click Generate Report.

3. Preview the Deposit Slip and then click Print.
