Using the Shortcut Menu in the Insurance Queue

You can select the shortcut menu to access various features. You have quick access to the following features when using this menu:

• Switch to Electronic Claim

• View Details of Selected Claim

• Open Patient

• Change Claim Form

• Start Printing

• Close Queue

To access the shortcut menu:

1. Select Billing > Insurance Processing > Queue. The Insurance Processing Queue window is displayed.

2. Select the patient for whom you want to view activity.

3. Right-click on the patient’s name, and a shortcut menu is displayed.

4. Select the feature that you need to enable, and the appropriate window becomes available.
