Processing Insurance-Related Patient Information > Tracking Using Reports
The Insurance Aged Receivables report tracks balances designated as the responsibility of the patient’s insurance. If a charge is covered by multiple insurance policies, this report considers the balance to be the responsibility of the policy most recently billed.
To print an Insurance Aged Receivables report:
Select Reports > Insurance > Insurance Aged Receivables. The Insurance Aged Receivables Report window is displayed.
From the drop-down list in the Aging Bracket field, select the age of the receivable to print on the report.
From the drop-down list in the Aging By field, select a date.
Select how you want to group the data by selecting the options in the Group By section.
Select how you want to sort the report by choosing one of the options in the Sort Order section.
Select the format of the report by choosing one of the options in the Format section.
Click Print. The Print Insurance Aged Receivables Report window is displayed.
Change the settings if needed.
To print a hard copy of the report, click Print, or to view the report on your computer, click Preview.
